The property is a charming 3 bed family holiday villa that has just undergone complete renovation, inside and out and has been available to let from Nov 1st 2008.

The accommodation comprises of Sitting room with open log fire, a separate dining area, new well appointed modern kitchen with integrated appliances, including dishwasher and double oven. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and one bedroom with double bunks. New bathroom with bath and large corner shower. There is also a separate utility area. All bed linen is provided for the duration of your stay. There is an enclosed secluded  garden to the front of the property with sun terrace and a 7.5 X 4.5 metre, lit swimming pool. There is a large outdoor area with raised terrace to the rear of the villa which gets the evening sun. 

We are friendly with many of the neighbours, some of whom speak very good English. They will be able to help you out with any problems/queries should they arise. You can contact us at any time and we can put you in touch. It is the French way to leave the accomodation clean and in the same condition it was found, deposits will be returned before your departure on satisfactory inspection of the villa.

We have a modern washing machine and a washing line to the rear. All of the patio furniture is stored in the large cabin to the side of the property. There is a comprehensive, printed and laminated inventory list at the villa, explaining all the ins and outs of the property. We expect all garden furniture etc to be put away at the end of your stay.


Families are especially welcome at The Little Hollow. Please let us know if you are planning to bring children, and their ages, so that prepare can prepare suitably. There is a cot, high chair and baby bath available for under 2's. The swimming pool is raised 1 metre above ground, is in good view from the living room and is fitted with a modern safety alarm .


Well-behaved pets are usually welcome at The Little Hollow. Although it is now possible to travel abroad with pets, it does require planning well in advance.
